{Granny Banany}

Smoothie of the Day;

Welcome Granny Banany!

This is a delicious mixture of fresh and healthy ingredients!


1 small avocado

2 cups spinach

2 carrots

1 small Fuji apple

1 medium banana

1/2 container vanilla Greek yogurt


Place all ingredients in blender and mix till smooth + delicious!

And of course ENJOY!!!

    1. It was yummy and no I do not peel the apple however I do cut it down and remove the seeds and stem! Apples are great in smoothies especially ones with acidic fruits, they help to level out the flavor and add some sweetness to it! Thanks for reading, have a great weekend!

    1. Ha, the green color really does turn people away! And the thought of vegetables…oh nooo! Ha, once you get over the crazy colors the taste is always wonderful! Smoothies are my go to for breakfast, so much energy with out all the calories or sugar! Thanks for reading…maybe you can ease him into it by placing smoothie in a colored cup with a lid so he doesn’t see it Heheh! Have a great rest of the week!
